Next we inject each Cajun Fried Turkey with over a quart of 'Geaux Juice' (our secret family recipe), then we hand rub'em with our own blend of Cajun seasonings. After marinating overnight, we deep fry each turkey in peanut oil. This Cajun cookin' process seals in the juicy spices and it 'gar-an-tees' that your turkey will be...the most moist and tender turkey you ever put in your mouth.

You will receive a 2 lbs boneless ham, and a 2.5 lbs boneless turkey breast... perfect for 2 people or a small gathering. Both the small ham and turkey breast are prepared with just a hint of smoky flavor. Instead of smoking it and drying it out so it was thin and chewy... we left a little "meat" on the bones. I guess you might say our turkey jerky is a "thick" cut jerky.
