First we de-bone the chicken, stuff it full of fresh Louisiana Crawfish tails (not those from China) add rice, season it with just the right blend of seasonings, sew it closed and package it to be sent to your front door. All you have to do it open it up, slide it in a pre-heated oven and cook it for 1-2 hours. Cooking never made more simple.

We've spared nothing in this signature product. Crab meat is delicately mixed with a touch of champagne and special seasonings. Prepare these decadent 3 oz crab-cakes sauteed or baked; and serve individually as an appetizer or two as an entree. Packaged 4 per order Net wt. 1 lb.
