We take a classic italian dish and combine it with the fresh seafood from Louisiana, Shrimp, Crawfish, and lump Crab meat blended together with the finest herbs and cheeses ..... This a rich and hearty meal or appetizer. Arrives cooked all you have to do is re-warm it for 20-30 minutes and serve. Perfect for any special lunch or dinner. Feeds 8-10 depending on your serving size.

A Cajun delight! Crawfish and onions are added to cornbread batter, and a topping of crawfish etouffee is included. For this heat and eat product, just bake the cornbread, warm up the etouffee, and pour over the top when ready to serve!

WOW !! This is a new creation and I must say I'm very excited about it....It's simple, we take a 1.25-1.50 lbs pork tenderloin, butterfly it open, drop in cream cheese, and a few small jalapenos, close it shut, and wrap it with hickory smoked bacon!! When you receive it, all you have to do is bake it at 375 degrees for about 90 minutes. This is an outstanding appetizer or entree. It's moist, it's tender, and it is...very good...Simple to cook... Can be grilled but, personally it's best in the oven. Feeds 6-10 people. Arrives fresh and requires cooking.
