Hams and Other Pork

WOW !! This is a new creation and I must say I'm very excited about it....It's simple, we take a 1.25-1.50 lbs pork tenderloin, butterfly it open, drop in cream cheese, and a few small jalapenos, close it shut, and wrap it with hickory smoked bacon!! When you receive it, all you have to do is bake it at 375 degrees for about 90 minutes. This is an outstanding appetizer or entree. It's moist, it's tender, and it is...very good...Simple to cook... Can be grilled but, personally it's best in the oven. Feeds 6-10 people. Arrives fresh and requires cooking.

Each ham is hand selected, trimmed and prepared the same way, hickory smoked in the foothills of Arkansas the "old fashioned way." Each is hand rolled in brown sugar and hand rubbed with cracked black pepper. Arrives fully cooked and ready to eat.

When you receive your ham simply warm it in the oven while you warm the pecan glaze on the stove top. Pour the warm glaze over your spiral cut ham when you want to serve it.

MMmmm it's delicious. All you do is heat the sauce and spoon it over the ham! It's also great on ice cream, pound cake, or with a spoon!
