Shipping and Delivery Information
We utilize a guaranteed delivery system to ensure that your packages arrive in the best possible condition, and in the timeliest manner. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they are shipped flash frozen (which means they're frozen very quickly at a very low temperature.) You, or your recipients, will want to allow 24 hours to thaw your product before you plan to serve it.
Delivery Dates
Please allow 2-3 business days for standard delivery, or indicate the date in the future that you would like your order to be delivered by. We will schedule delivery to arrive as close as possible to your requested date. Should you need to guarantee delivery before 2-3 business days, or on a particular date, please indicate this in the special comment section of the order form or call us toll free at 1-800-809-7884 (M-S 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST) for priority shipping options and pricing.
There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. Orders shipped using FedEx 2Day® cannot be delivered on Tuesdays.

Note: The Cajun Turkey Company is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery information on orders. Additional charges may apply where shipping information is incomplete or incorrect, therefore, your credit card charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Addresses
Important: All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.) Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.
We do not ship to Canada or over-seas. Hawaii and Alaska require an additional shipping fee of $10.00.

If you require one of our products shipped Priority Overnight, please call 1-800-809-7881 for pricing and to place your order.
Shipping Methods
Typically, The Cajun Turkey Company will ship your order using either FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight due to the perishable nature of our products. Note: If for any reason the FFA grounds all of FedEx's planes due to bad weather and we miss your scheduled delivery, under no circumstances will The Cajun Turkey Company be held responsible for this bad weather and the delay in the delivery of your package. In addition, if the package spoils due to the lateness of the delivery, The Cajun Turkey Company will not be responsible.
Changes and Cancellations
All changes affecting your order must be received at least 7 days before your requested shipping date.
What To Do If Your Order Arrives Early
Our perishable products are shipped flash frozen to ensure freshness and quality during shipment and may arrive partially frozen. We will schedule delivery to arrive on or before your requested date. If your package arrives before your requested delivery date, as long as the item is cool to the touch upon arrival, you may serve, refrigerate or refreeze it immediately with confidence. We recommend allowing 24-72 hours to thaw our products so you will want to schedule your delivery dates accordingly.
