Creole Southern Squash Casserole

My grandmother's recipe from Mississippi, fresh yellow squash and zucchini, cut thin, sauteed in a skillet with butter...then we add cream cheese and creole seasonings. Arrives fully cooked, all you do is thaw it, slide it in the oven or micro-wave to heat. Gourmet fast food. Feeds 4-8 depending on the serving size. Each tray is 2 lbs.
