Then we stuff it full of your choice of stuffing, season it with all the cajun seasonings, sew it closed and package it to be sent to your front door. All you have to do is open it up, slide it in a pre-heated oven and cook it for 1-2 hours. You can even cook them FROZEN! The more you buy the better the freight cost, so buy a half dozen and keep a few in the freezer so you're always ready for the unexpected guest.

chicken, twist it so the drum stick sticks up and then we fill the bottom of the chicken with cajun shrimp and
rice dressing!! Each chicken weighs in at 1.5 lbs. Chickens arrive fresh and do require cooking, for 60 minutes.
