Two Chickens Stuffed w/Shrimp Rice Dressing

This is a very unique item. Unlike our regular stuffed chickens we do this one with a twist. We de-bone the chicken, twist it so the drum stick sticks up and then we fill the bottom of the chicken with cajun shrimp and rice dressing!! Each chicken weighs in at 1.5 lbs. Chickens arrive fresh and do require cooking, for 60 minutes. Chickens arrive with crowns and will feed 4 people Perfect for Easter or your next dinner party!
