Chicken and Quail
Chicken NEVER tasted so good!! Just let a couple Cajuns get their hands on these birds and we'll fix'em to make you cook Cajun Too!! First we get a chicken and de-bone it. Then we stuff it full of your choice of stuffing, season it with all the cajun seasonings, sew it closed and package it to be sent to your front door. All you have to do is open it up, slide it in a pre-heated oven and cook it for 1-2 hours. You can even cook them FROZEN! The more you buy the better the freight cost, so buy a half dozen and keep a few in the freezer so you're always ready for the unexpected guest.
