Fresh chicken, pork sausage, Cajun spices, and rice make up this Cajun treat and tradition dating back 100 years....back home at the end of the week my mom would throw all the left overs in a pot, cook it down, add rice....and there you'd have it...Cajun Jambalaya !! Arrives fully cooked, all you do is heat~n~eat...gourmet fast food...it's that easy and simple. Feeds 4-8 people depending on your serving size.
