A Cajun delight! Crawfish and onions are added to cornbread batter, and a topping of crawfish etouffee is included. For this heat and eat product, just bake the cornbread, warm up the etouffee, and pour over the top when ready to serve!

I can't take credit for this recipe, I actually found it on the internet from Bobby's Mom, Paula Deen ... It sounded great and I think you will agree ... It's a blend of southern traditional flavors, this casserole offers taste-tempting shrimp & okra gumbo topped with traditional Louisiana-style cornbread on top. Perfect as an appetizer or as an entree. Arrives in a 2 lbs tray and requires a little cooking. Pre-seasoned all you have to do is slide it in the oven and bake until the cornbread browns ... we like things easy and simple here at Mr. Billy's Cajun Market ... so bring this home and enjoy it ....
