One of our newest items...Southern style cream corn, kernel corn, cream cheese, sour cream, with a touch of salt, pepper, and garlic. All bended together to make this wonderful new creation. Tired of the same old potatoes, try our new creamed corn casserole. You'll LOVE it!! Comes ready to bake, cook for 45 minutes...basically just heat~n serve. 2 lb. tray will feed 4-6 depending on your serving size. Enjoy!

This new dish comes straight from south Louisiana. Fresh shrimp, onions, garlic, bell pepper, sour cream, all rolled up in our flour tortilla and topped with our red chili sauce make up this Texas delight. Leave it to us Cajuns to add a little Louisiana flair to a classic southwest dish.. Arrives fully cooked, all you do is heat~n~eat...about 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Gourmet fast food...it's that easy and simple. Feeds 4-6 people depending on your serving size.

I can't take credit for this recipe, I actually found it on the internet from Bobby's Mom, Paula Deen ... It sounded great and I think you will agree ... It's a blend of southern traditional flavors, this casserole offers taste-tempting shrimp & okra gumbo topped with traditional Louisiana-style cornbread on top. Perfect as an appetizer or as an entree. Arrives in a 2 lbs tray and requires a little cooking.
